Guidelines NCDG is a career knowledge, skills and decision-making framework. NCDG The framework has three levels, targets and indicators. Teachers and counselors use areas, targets and indicators as guidelines for designing and creating career resources. The three areas: social development are personal (PS), academic achievement and continuing education (ED) and Career Management (CM). Each domain is an environment for developing a vocational training program. Under each domain are goals or skills. Under each goal, indicators to highlight the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve the goal. The National Career Development Guidelines (NCDG) is the basis of training products, research, development, testing and tools. (14)
